Announcement: Pictures are dead!

Just a quick announcement here. Sorry guys, my Photobucket account has exceeded its monthly bandwidth limit. The monthly bandwidth allowance will restart on the 22nd. This is the first time it exceeded the limit one week before the restart date, I guess that's a good thing.

I tried to purchase the Pro account but keep having a payment error. Hope you will bear with it till the 22nd.

In the mean time, check out these whacko, funny and very creative commercials by Soft99.

Fusso 99 coating

Coat HANGAR!!!

Fukupika, wash and wax wipes.

LOL, I think that Fukupika CM is pure genius!

Is that Fussocoat 99 really that keng chau?

Kenneth Tang a.k.a Fishbonezken 12:06 PM

Izso, this commercial is really old, so must be the product. But even now there are still many variations of Fussocoat in Soft99's product lineup. If you look at their high-end professional coating, Hi-Mohs Coat(http://www.himohscoat.jp/about/index.html), the top layer is Fusso. I'm guessing it has something to do with being a strong water repellent. I tested and old version of Fusso coat (only RM21 from Brothers), it repelled water better and longer than Meguiar's M21 Sealant, but it didn't protect as well as the car had embedded dirt that cannot be washed away. Where as the M21 side looks cleaner after being washed, it was obvious because the car was white in colour.

So, it is keng chau for being very hydrophobic, lol. The commercial itself is keng chau though, haha!

Since you like all things Japanese, have you tried Naviwax? It was mentioned that it is from Soft99 company. Maybe Autobacs Singapore carries them?

Kenneth Tang a.k.a Fishbonezken 2:40 PM

Jackson, nope, have never tried the Naviwax. Oh, didn't know Soft99 makes the Naviwax, thx for the info! Hmmm, not sure if Autobacs carries them, the last time I browsed there(for about 2 hours, lol), didn't recall seeing a Naviwax there. I could be wrong.

@Jackson,

Hmmm after a google search, apparently Naviwax isn't from Soft99 or Willson(another Japanese company), according to the distributor in UK/Ireland.

Sorry about that. Like they say in the link u gave, have Japanese writing only, assume it is Soft99. lol

Anyway, will see what else is there in Autobacs.

Lol, no worries. Happy shopping at Autobacs!
